Zechariah, chapter 2, verse 8. It says, "For thus said the Lord of hosts, after his glory sent me to the nations who plundered you, for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye."

This verse uses a metaphor to express God's deep love and protection for his people, comparing them to the "apple of his eye," which signifies something cherished and precious.
