-US DELIVERIES

We presently utilize UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the confines of the United States. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks.

If your package become misplaced during transit, we are fully committed to providing the utmost assistance. However, once confirmation of delivery is generated, we cannot assume responsibility for the packages.

In instances where a package necessitates a signature, any charges incurred due to declined packages or packages mandating signatures, which were not collected from designated points in a timely manner, shall not be our liability.

If a package be declined and/or returned, the expenses related to reshipping the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

-INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All international shipments are considered final sale.

Currently, for international orders, we engage the services of USPS and/or UPS International. In some cases DHL.

The international shipping fee is $19.50, though additional costs may apply based on the item and its dimensions.

Please take note that for international orders, any taxes and duties payable upon delivery rest solely with the buyer.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All paintings, prints, wallpapers, gift cards, pillows, tea towels, clothing and jewelry are final sale.

Upon receiving your goods, a thorough inspection is advised. Should you have any queries about the items you've received, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery, as we prioritize the accurate fulfillment of all orders.

If your home and gift purchase doesn't meet your complete satisfaction, send us an email, and we will assess whether an exchange is viable.

If an item arrive in a damaged state, notify us within 5 days of delivery, so we can initiate a claim directly with UPS, DHL or USPS. All carriers require photographic evidence of the damage to the item, the shipping container (box, tube, envelope, etc.), displaying exterior damage, and the container affixed with your shipping label.

Please do not dispose any part of the packaging as UPS, DHL and USPS will occasionally pick the items up for further inspection.
